The second Adria Football Forum brought nearly 300 attendees and more than 30 experts and guests to the Hyatt Regency in Belgrade for two days of panels, ideas, and connection. It was also Ticklio’s first full on-site operation at an international conference, and it went far beyond selling a ticket. From announcing the partnership to the final award on stage, Ticklio ran the ticketing, the accreditation, and the communication around the entire event.
One platform, from the first ticket sold to the badge in every attendee’s hand.
The Challenge
A professional football conference is a different animal from a matchday. The room on 21 and 22 September held the people who shape the game across the region and beyond, coaches, scouts, directors, and some genuinely big names. Carlo Cudicini, the former Chelsea goalkeeper now developing talent at Stamford Bridge. Damir Skomina, one of the most respected referees of his generation. Marko Nikolić, coach of AEK Athens, alongside experts like Riccardo Pecini, Saša Kolman, and Goran Boromisa.
An audience like that expects everything to run flawlessly, from the moment they buy a ticket to the moment they walk in wearing their badge. And unlike a stadium, a conference needs more than entry validation: it needs accreditation, personalized badges, and steady communication with every guest before and during the event.

Ticklio’s Solution
Ticklio handled the full operation, end to end, all from one platform:
-
- Ticket sales inside the platform, with two clear tiers, a Normal and a Business option, in one simple checkout
- A complete accreditation system, built directly into Ticklio, turning registrations into a structured, badge-ready guest list
- On-site badge printing, name and role printed live at the venue straight from the system, based on each attendee’s registration data
- A full email flow, keeping guests informed throughout with schedules, updates, and everything they needed, all sent from within Ticklio
This is the part that matters: it was all one system. The same platform that sold the ticket also accredited the guest, printed their badge at the door, and kept them updated by email. No exports, no stitching tools together, no gaps between systems. It’s the same connected communication and event tooling we’ve been building across the whole platform, put to work on the international stage.

The Results
The forum ran smoothly across both days. Guests registered, arrived, collected personalized badges printed on the spot, and moved into a program packed with panels, from coaching development to leadership in football, and the closing Adria Football Forum Awards 2026, where Slovenia’s NK Brinje Grosuplje took the Growth Club Award, a fellow member of the Ticklio family.
Behind the scenes, Ticklio quietly did its job: the sales, the accreditation, the printing, and the communication all handled from a single platform, so the organizers could focus on the content and the guests on the connections. The event drew coverage across regional media, and the ticketing and accreditation experience matched the level of the room.

More Than Ticketing, Proven on the International Stage
The Adria Football Forum showed exactly where Ticklio is heading: not just a way to sell access, but a full event platform that scales from a Prva liga matchday to an international conference. Accreditation, personalized badges, on-site printing, and automated communication are the kind of tools that turn a ticketing system into an event partner.
It was also a milestone in Ticklio’s regional expansion, our second project in Belgrade in a short space of time, following Deal Done Serbia, and a clear signal that the platform is ready for the international stage.
From the first ticket to the last handshake, one platform ran the whole event.
